What I built
- Lighthouse-100 marketing site with per-service landing pages tuned for local search.
- Quote form with anti-spam and routing to the right local crew.
- Schema.org markup and structured data for local-business and service rich results.
- Edge-cached content via Vercel so first-paint stays under 1s on 4G.
What I learned
- Local SEO is 70% schema markup and 30% real reviews. Code can only help so much.
- On a small-budget client, fewer dependencies is the actual feature.
- Mobile conversion rate drops 10% for every second of load time. I measured it.
